8kk Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "8kk," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 8kk.bio and all associated services, systems, and content.
• "User," "you," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8kk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the 8kk platform following the completion of the registration process.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a user must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing lawful gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the 8kk platform, completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager using 8kk services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 8kk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8kk platform or any of its services.

8kk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Access to and use of the 8kk platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is set in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 8kk. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts terminated and any funds held in their accounts will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to use 8kk.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 8kk or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 8kk platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identifying information, is strictly prohibited.

8kk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

To access real-money gambling services on the 8kk platform, you must complete the account registration process. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Promptly update your account information should any registered details change.

All financial transactions conducted on the 8kk platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8kk does not apply currency conversion fees, and all balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in PHP.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used by the same account holder for deposits, subject to applicable verification requirements.
• 8kk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant amounts, which may extend processing times.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full are subject to a processing fee before withdrawal, reflecting payment gateway costs incurred by 8kk.
• 8kk is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure outside 8kk's direct control.
• Funds believed to be derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of criminal conduct will not be released and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each game category available on the 8kk platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and color prediction — is governed by specific game rules published within the respective game interface or accompanying documentation. • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Incomplete wagering at the expiry of this period results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings attributable to that balance.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. 8kk reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and void associated winnings where evidence of abuse is identified.

• Players who participate in a promotion in bad faith — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated systems, or collusion — will forfeit all bonus-derived winnings and may face permanent account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8kk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to generate artificial outcomes in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 8kk platform, its games, or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the 8kk platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8kk staff or other users through any communication channel.

8kk is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity and must never be considered as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they deposit into their 8kk account. Once set, deposit limits take immediate effect when being reduced and a cooling-off period applies when increasing them.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they can lose within a specified time period.
• Session Duration Limits: Users may set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a longer self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) during which their account will be suspended and they will be blocked from opening new accounts on the 8kk platform.

All content on the 8kk platform — including but not limited to the 8kk brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text content, software, source code, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8kk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8kk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 8kk content.

Any unauthorized use of 8kk intellectual property may constitute an infringement of 8kk's rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8kk shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with:

• Any gambling outcome, including losses resulting from normal game play.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside 8kk's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or use of a user's account by a third party.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional material.
• Decisions made by the user based on advice, tips, or predictions published anywhere on the 8kk platform, including the Betting Tips section.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

8kk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the age requirement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A successful self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• An instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, net of any applicable deductions, subject to completion of verification requirements. Accounts terminated for fraudulent conduct or breach of these Terms will have their funds forfeited.

Users may voluntarily close their 8kk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. A request to close an account does not affect any obligations already incurred by the user under these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The majority of account, transaction, and game-related queries are resolved within three to five business days of a formal complaint submission.

8kk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8kk will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the platform homepage, an in-app notification, or an email to the address registered to your account.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 8kk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
